Zach Wilson, the Denver Broncos newly minted quarterback, recently sold his Florham Park, NJ, condo for $950,000.

The three-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is situated in a brand-new development about 23 miles east of Met Life Stadium, where Wilson used to play for the New York Jets.

But with a spring trade to the Mile High City, the young signal caller was able to dial up a quick sale on his east coast property. Wilson, who bought the condo in May 2022 for $865,000, listed it in April and sold the place in June for its asking price.

The open-concept residence abounds with luxe touches, including quartz counters in the kitchen, a pretty gas fireplace in the living room, hardwood flooring, and custom built-ins.

The kitchen opens to the dining area and features a large island with seating and high-end stainless steel appliances. An outdoor deck space made of resilient Trex material is accessed via nearby sliding doors.

Bedrooms can be found on the second level, including the primary suite with its own walk-in closets, en suite bath, and conveniently located washer and dryer. The bathrooms have been upgraded with new tile, Moen fixtures, custom vanities, and a freestanding tub in the main loo.

The unit also boasts new recessed lighting, double-hung thermopane windows, cement board siding, and a long-lasting roof. Parking for two cars is in the adjacent garage that just received a coating of epoxy.

Wilson played college football at Brigham Young University in Utah and was then selected as the Jets second pick overall in 2021. But in April of this year, the young QB was traded to Denver in a deal that’ll earn him $5.5 million.
